Cleo.xyz acquires Script Network

Cleo.xyz — the parent of Zenko Protocol and Pavia.io — acquired the assets and intellectual property of Script Network, the watch-to-earn live television and decentralized broadcasting protocol. GDA led the acquisition, extending a portfolio relationship into a control transaction.

The acquisition extends Cleo's platform into decentralized media and enterprise broadcasting — token-powered engagement infrastructure with a native distribution channel behind it.
