Metaverse Group acquired by StoryFire
StoryFire, the SocialFi storytelling and video platform with more than 2.5 million users, acquired Metaverse Group and Hulk Labs from Tokens.com in a transaction that closed on March 1, 2024. Consideration comprised a 15.3% equity interest in StoryFire valued at US$3.5 million, US$500,000 in Blaze tokens, and a board seat for the seller.
