Skrybit acquires Bitmap.Holdings

Skrybit, the non-custodial platform for inscribing data directly on Bitcoin Layer 1, acquired Bitmap.Holdings, the infrastructure company building on the Bitmap Protocol — the standard that turns individual Bitcoin blocks into ownable, programmable parcels of digital land. GDA led the transaction; both companies were built inside the firm's ecosystem.

The combination advances Skrybit's enterprise thesis: data anchored to both time and digital space, with Bitcoin as the immutable foundation.
