GDA Capital acquires Omni3
GDA acquired Omni3, a Singapore-based digital asset and disruptive technology advisory firm, establishing the firm's full-time Southeast Asian presence. Omni3 founder Nicholas Seah — previously of Temasek and Blockchain Founders Fund — joined as regional gaming lead.
The objective was an operating team with live deal flow rather than a representative office: origination capability in Southeast Asian gaming, integrated into the platform from day one, and a base for the wider Asia Pacific market.
