Life DeFi, the decentralized finance infrastructure firm, merged with Flashy Cash, the consumer DeFi platform, in a transaction announced in January 2025. GDA led the merger, uniting two complementary businesses from its own ecosystem.
The combination extended the group's DeFi-as-a-service model across North America and Europe — infrastructure and consumer distribution under one roof.
