GDA acquires Life DeFi
GDA acquired the assets of Life Wallet and brought Life DeFi — the non-custodial, multi-blockchain wallet platform founded by Patrick Andras, now a Managing Partner of the firm — into the group. The product made decentralized finance usable at retail: transfers to a simple username rather than a wallet address.
Life DeFi became the group's consumer DeFi anchor, and the foundation for its later merger with Flashy Cash.
