Flashy acquires StoryFire
Flashy Finance acquired StoryFire, the SocialFi storytelling and video platform with more than 2.5 million users, and launched Flashy Social — social-driven financial infrastructure with a native audience attached. GDA led the transaction.
The acquisition completed a chain the firm had led from the start: Metaverse Group, sold to Tokens.com, then to StoryFire — which now sits inside Flashy, the culture-and-finance ecosystem founded at GDA.
